What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
Our opening order minimum is 10 pieces. We do our best to accommodate retail, wholesale, and event-based orders whenever possible — including smaller special-event requests.

How long does it take to receive my order?
Turnaround time depends on order size, design details, and customization.
Once specifications are finalized, most orders ship within 10–15 days. If you need an order sooner, we can discuss availability and timelines.
Do you offer samples?
Yes! Samples may be available at a discounted price. For custom orders, we’ll communicate via email to finalize design, scent, and vessel details. Once approved, a sample can be created before full production begins.
Can I sell these on my own website?
Yes — for wholesale partners, Moonlit Wolf Creations products may be sold on your own branded website.
However, we do not allow our products to be sold on third-party marketplaces such as Amazon, eBay, or Etsy. This helps us maintain brand integrity and ensure a consistent experience for customers.
Are the crystals and botanicals safe to burn?
Yes — candles are designed and tested with care and intention. Decorative elements are placed away from the wick to minimize flare-ups.
For the safest burn experience, we recommend removing larger stones (such as Amethyst or Howlite) before lighting or once the wax has softened. As with all dressed candles, they should never be left unattended.
We use tumbled stones rather than raw crystals, as they present fewer safety concerns.
What type of wax and wicks do you use?
We use a high-quality soy wax and a soy pro-blend sourced from a trusted supplier in Kentucky. This blend offers excellent hot and cold throw, a clean burn, and a smooth, aesthetically pleasing finish.
Our wicks are either 100% lead-free cotton or wood wicks, depending on the vessel size and design. Wood wicks are a studio favorite, as they provide a soft crackle that enhances the overall candle experience.
Can I request custom scents or specific crystals?
Yes 100%. If I have to order a scent and crystal I don't have in stock it might take a few extra days to receive what I need; however please feel free to tell me what exactly you want or don't. We will work together every step of the way! I am doing this for you and your experience!
What happens if a candle arrives damaged?
While we package orders with great care, accidents can occasionally happen during transit. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us with photos as soon as possible.
We’ll promptly file a claim and arrange a replacement so you receive what you ordered.
